Thesis Concept: Module 11
This module I created the app for 210 Confeccion and did the user testing which I discovered a few things: • Creating a subscription incentive like a special coupon for first-time subscribers. • Make a more obvious subscription cancelation available for customers. • Make a messaging inbox for customers. • Create rewards points page for users to calculate points & cash-in points. Upon creating the app, I also realized that I want the website to showcase products and events of the business, but lead to downloading the app to have an optimal purchasing experience.
