Top headline is from a national magazine and the bottom from a San Antonio magazine. I’ve noticed there is an increase of CBD products available for topical use. Marijuana isn’t legal in Texas, but it’s CBD counterpart is which is why people are more drawn to it in my area.
An article from a San Antonio magazine. Most people try to eat healthy, but need that sweet treat to hit the spot without overindulging and ruining their diet. I don’t see many bakeries catering to people’s dietary needs or create “healthy” versions of food for that matter.
The article below is from San Antonio Magazine and I find it ironic how this article talks about exploring the wilderness in the San Antonio area; yet they are tearing down the Hill Country wilderness for more homes. It makes me wonder that if I were to go this route, keeping the conversation of conserving nature may be beneficial in stopping more homes to be created.
This headline involves using art as a way to get rid of stress and healing from loss. I do find any art form, from painting to music and dance, to be beneficial for the mind. The article above it deals with music helping the minds of those suffering from Alzheimers and I find it relates to “The art of healing.”
I found the five articles above the two headlines have a connection to each other in some way. These anti-anxiety methods are intriguing to me because some don’t want to go the medication route to treat their anxiety. Granted, I think these more “natural” methods are for those with low to mild anxiety and should be discussed with a medical professional. But, as mentioned before with CBD skincare, there’s a rise in CBD to help people with their anxiety and stress. I also feel that there is a connection with anxiety, CBD products, and art that can help people who want to go through alternative methods to better their mind.
